Cast your minds back a few weeks ago, back to when we informed you of the Dolan Twins. Ethan and Grayson have been busy directing a music video with the uber-talented Australian band Cub Sport (here it is if you’ve missed it). All involved parties have teased the video for the past few weeks and finally, today was the day that the video for ‘Hawaiian Party’ was unleashed.

The video was released on the ‘holy Dolan day’ – a Tuesday through the hugely popular YouTube channel, it was a pure treat.

Whilst the slightly younger of the siblings, Grayson, was mastering the art of directing and storyboarding the music video, it was Ethan Dolan who took center stage and starred in the music video alongside Kristina Alice, Vienna Kendall Maddy Crum, Max Haddadin and Deon Hinton – a stunning and talented cast!

The story of the music video is as visually pleasing as it is to hear – 3 groups of twosomes in a 1950’s teenage love story, each relationship facing the same highs and lows, each full of fun and turmoil, each ending up at the ‘Hawaiian Party’. Although Ethan and Kristina do have a will-they-won’t-they moment, it ends in a magical kiss. This epic tale of love features Cub Sport being the house band at the shindig.

The real celebration of this video is the Dolan Twins ability to portray relationships, heterosexual or LGBTQ+ and show the true beauty just love. Both the Dolan Twins and Cub Sport are huge advocates for the community and this music video despite taking place 60 years ago has the perfect depiction of forwarding motion ‘Love is Love’.

We couldn’t be more in love with the music video, the message and the song!
